Techniques to Writing a Competitive Grant: In this online module, participants will learn grant writing strategies firsthand from researchers who have successfully applied for funding from a variety of sources.
Non-NIH Government Agency Funding: Grant Submission Process: Through this online module, participants will explore the availability of medical research funding from the National Science Foundation, Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute, Department of Defense, and other non-NIH agencies.
Industry Funding: Application Process & Establishing Industry Relationships: Designed as an introduction to industry funding, this online module will focus on the unique aspects of this process.
Funding Your Research: How to Obtain Foundation & Philanthropic Grants: In this online module, participants will learn how to identify and apply for foundation and philanthropic grant funding. Researchers who have successfully applied for funding discuss their strategies, as well as the relational aspects that occur between the researcher, institution, and foundation and/or philanthropic organization.
NIH Funding: Navigating the R01 & K Grant Submission Process: Designed with the NIH K/R grant cycle in mind, this online module begins with an overview of the NIH grant submission process. Participants will learn about writing the sections of the R01 and K grants, as well as the NIH peer review process. Through video lectures and interviews, this module will discuss the NIH diversity programs and supplements.
Clinical and Translational (C/T) Research Academy First Grant Bootcamp: This 15-week program supports early-stage c/t research investigators in writing their first grant application.
Grant Review and Support Program: This multi-year program is for NIH K grant awardees who are seeking independent research funding.
