REDCap Creation Process

Harvard Catalyst EDC Support Staff are available to offer assistance during this process.

STEP 1: LEARN
View documents, user guides, and tutorials provided by REDCap and Support Staff

STEP 2. CREATE
Request access to the systems and create your REDCap project online

STEP 3. DEFINE
Define data variables and their properties (i.e. text boxes, drop down menus, radio buttons, etc.)

STEP 4. PREVIEW
Preview your project content, add study member permissions, and test functionality

STEP 5. REVISE
Revise your REDCap database as needed

STEP 6. LAUNCH
Launch your project into production to start collecting project data
