Information for Current Participants

Welcome to Career Catalyst, Harvard Catalyst’s longitudinal mentoring program. We look forward to supporting you this year. This section of the Harvard Catalyst website is designed for participants in the 2023-2024 cohort. Throughout your time in the program, you will find all of the materials and relevant information you will need in this section.

Where to Find What You Need

The Program Updates tab will be updated monthly with upcoming events, assignments, and other important information.

To find information about  your mentoring group and the mentees and mentors in the program, visit Meet the Cohort. While the main goal of the program is to meet with your assigned mentor and peer group, we encourage you to connect with mentees outside of your group throughout the year.

Prior to your monthly meetings, visit Monthly Curriculum for this and associated materials. This page will be updated on the first day of each month.

Throughout the year, we will update Resources monthly. Please continue to check back.
