Participant Expectations

It is expected that program participants will dedicate up to four hours per week to this online program.

Each week, participants will view a multi-part video lecture and will be responsible for completing a quiz and practicum exercise related to the topic for the week. The practicum will demonstrate how to apply the technique in a standard statistical package (STATA®) and provide practice problems so that the concept is reinforced.

Completing the Program

Track 1: Participants who watch 80% of program lecture videos in Units 2-5, complete 80% of the practicums in Units 2-5, complete 80% of the lecture and practicum quizzes in Units 2-5, will receive a certificate of completion from the Harvard Catalyst Postgraduate Education Program.

Track 2: Participants who watch 80% of programcourse lecture videos in Units 2-5, complete 80% of the practicums in Units 2-5, complete 80% of the lecture and practicum quizzes in Units 2-5, and complete two full units of advanced topics content in Units 6-9 will receive a certificate of completion from the Harvard Catalyst Postgraduate Education Program.
