Funding: NIH NCATS Diversity & Re-Entry Research Supplements Request for Applications

The NIH has issued RFAs for competitive administrative supplements designed to support individual investigators meeting specific criteria. Harvard Catalyst can submit up to two applications on behalf of individual investigators across the network for each of the following supplements:

Diversity Research Supplement

This supplement is designed to improve the diversity of the research workforce by supporting eligible investigators from diverse backgrounds, including those from groups that have been underrepresented in health-related research. The Diversity Research Supplement is also available to PIs of research grants who are, or may become, disabled and need additional support to accommodate their disability to continue their research.

Re-Entry Research Supplement

This supplement is designed to support individuals with high potential to re-enter an active research career after an interruption for family responsibilities or other qualifying circumstances.

Application Guidelines

• Applicants must first submit an LOI to Harvard Catalyst for review and selection. Requirements for the LOI are outlined in the RFA. (Click to view.) LOI due July 15.
