Infectious Diseases (ID) practitioners propose a research study in order to try to improve adherence to appointment scheduling among non-English-speaking patients infected with Hepatitis C virus. Participants will be randomized to either a standard clinical scheduling arm or an enhanced communication arm. The enhanced communication arm will consist of standard scheduling procedures plus 3 text message appointment reminders in the participants’ preferred language.
