Participant Expectations
The course is designated for a maximum of 4.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ which are earned through completing course activities; including watching all lecture videos and completing pre- and post-course surveys over the duration of this five-week course.
A sample course schedule has been included above. Participants may work through the course at their own pace, but must meet all course deadlines in order to remain eligible for a certificate of completion and/or CME credit certificate.
Completing the Course
Each participant is eligible for a certificate of completion upon viewing all course lecture videos and completing course assignments.
CME Credit: The Harvard Catalyst Education Program is accredited by the Massachusetts Medical Society to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. In order to receive CME credits, participants must complete the course in its entirety by the designated timelines listed below in the course schedule. Completion of the course includes the following:
- Watching all videos for the course
- Completing all corresponding lecture surveys
- Completing all course assignments (group discussions and individual submissions)
- Completing the pre- and post-course surveys
Eligible participants may request certificates of completion and/or CME credit certificates through the end of the course evaluation survey, which is available as part of the course conclusion via the course website.
