Online series: Improve your project management skills and learn to apply them to your own work in team settings. This series is open to all MDs, researchers, and scientists. Participants can register for all or individual sessions⁠.

These webinars are a part of our series, Boundary-Crossing Skills for Research Careers, which delves into the following competencies: team science, mentorship, project management, communication, leadership, and funding research.

Audience:

This series is designed for team members in the clinical and translational (c/t) workforce who are familiar with project management but have no formal training. Attendees are welcome to attend on their own or with their team members.

Eligibility:

There are no eligibility requirements. Prior session attendees have included: PhD, MD, postdocs, junior faculty, and medical students.
