Online workshop: Project Management Strategies for the Researcher – Scheduling for Projects

Session Dates: November 10 & 12, 2020

This online two-day workshop will guide participants on how to successfully schedule projects. Day one will focus on skills such as deconstructing workplans, scheduling for control, managing lags and dependencies, and determining timing and work breakdown. Day two content will further clarify the importance of task sequences. The session will also focus on how to weigh risks and opportunities, and how scheduling impacts stakeholders. This workshop, led by certified project management professional, David Vincenti, PMP, will be highly interactive, providing ample opportunities for participation that will strengthen skills in scheduling.
