Online course: Industry Funding – Application Process & Establishing Industry Relationships 

Session Dates: April 7 – June 30, 2021
Application Deadline: March 24, 2021

Introductory course covering the differences between investigator-initiated research and industry-sponsored research initiatives, as well as networking, mentorship, and communication. Speakers will share tips on how to engage with industry and succeed in obtaining research funding.

Eligibility:

MD, PhD, DMD, ScD, DNP, or degree equivalent to doctorate or master’s, or involvement in a grant writing team

Time Commitment:

Online course work/assignments require average of two-to-three hours per week over nine weeks

Fee:

  • Free for Harvard-affiliated institutions
  • CTSA member: $450.00
    (Note: this is a 25% discount off the standard fee.)
  • Non-CTSA member: $600.00
  • Course fees can be modified for participants unable to meet financial requirements due to their geographical location.
