Overview of the concepts of clinical/translational research covering the spectrum of clinical and translational research.
Course participants will learn the research methods used across the spectrum of clinical and translational research, including:
- Designing rigorous research studies
- Selecting appropriate tools for data acquisition and storage
- Identifying and addressing ethical issues
- Operating within regulatory frameworks
- Communicating your findings to colleagues and leaders in the field
- Funding your research
Eligibility:
MPH, MD, PhD, DMD, or equivalent
Time Commitment:
Self-paced online videos and course work over four months
Fee:
- Free for Harvard-affiliated institutions
- CTSA member: $375.00
(Note: this is a 25% discount off the standard fee.) - Non-CTSA member: $500.00
- Course fees can be modified for participants unable to meet financial requirements due to their geographical location.
