Information Session: Program in Clinical Effectiveness

The Program in Clinical Effectiveness (PCE) is designed for physician researchers and other clinical researchers, fellows, and faculty who are seeking quantitative and analytic skills needed for clinical research or are interested in healthcare administration.

PCE students are required to enroll in integrated summer-long core courses in clinical epidemiology and biostatistics, as well as two half-summer elective courses.

The Program in Clinical Effectiveness is a stand-alone non-degree certificate program, many of its graduates have completed master’s degree programs that were created for PCE graduates. This includes:
• Summer-only Master of Science in Epidemiology
• Summer-only Master of Public Health – Field of Study: Clinical Effectiveness
• Academic-year Master of Public Health – Field of Study: Clinical Effectiveness

The deadline for Degree Applicants is December 1, 2020 and for Non-Degree Applicants February 1, 2021.
