Grand Rounds: The ENACT Network

Dr. Visweswaran, Professor of Biomedical Informatics and Vice-Chair of Clinical Informatics at the University of Pittsburgh will examine the research value of aggregated counts derived from the ENACT network. For instance, counts obtained via SHRINE can be beneficial for epidemiological research, pharmacovigilance, and the generation of clinical evidence. The presentation will discuss the strengths and limitations of count-based analyses and explore how to automate the execution of a large number of queries in SHRINE.
