Rebecca Erwin Wells, MD, MPH, has been researching the efficacy and mechanisms of mindfulness for migraine for the past 10 years, culminating in her recent JAMA Internal Medicine publication of her randomized clinical trial.

At this month’s Integrative Medicine Grand Rounds, she will discuss the evidence to date in this area, and will take us on her research journey as she has explored this important field of medicine.
