Course: Leadership Essentials for Staff on Research Teams

In-person, one-day training on best practices for staff with leadership responsibilities who work on research teams.

Time commitment:

This is a one-day workshop that will take place in person at Harvard Medical School. Up to one hour of pre-work will be required of all participants.

Eligbility:

• Staff who are members of teams/groups and have leadership responsibilities, including any of the following:
  • Managing one or more direct report(s)
  • Other leadership roles without direct reporting lines, such as a project or team lead
• Ideal participants are either:
  • New to leadership with less than two years of experience or
  • Expecting to transition to a leadership role in six to twelve months.
• Priority will be given to individuals affiliated with Harvard schools and institutions.

Free for Harvard-affiliated schools and institutions.
