Course: Effectively Communicating Research

Session Dates: March 23 & 25, 2020

This interactive two-day course led by faculty, journal editors, and leading scientists is designed to provide fellows and junior faculty with the skills necessary to express their science clearly to diverse audiences, prepare abstracts, manuscripts, posters, and to speak effectively. There will be an opportunity to have a draft manuscript reviewed by a journal editor and/or a scientific poster reviewed by course faculty and peers.

Eligibility:

• MD and/or PhD (or equivalent) involved in medical research
• Fellows and Junior Faculty
• Biomedical scientists, researchers, and MDs outside of Harvard are welcome and encouraged to apply.

Time Commitment:

• Two days

• Free for Harvard-affiliated schools and institutions
• CTSA member: $653.00
