| Search de-identified data from clinic visits at several Harvard-affiliated hospitals. | SHRINE |
The Full SHRINE Tutorial will show the user how to query patient populations across participating Harvard teaching hospitals to find large patient cohorts relevant to their research interests. Harvard faculty members at the participating institutions are eligible to use SHRINE to locate cohorts, study population health statistics, determine the number of patients for clinical trials, validate previous studies, and many other uses.
The SHRINE Basic Tutorial gives the new user instruction on the elements of the SHRINE interface and their use, as well as the process for creating a query. Users gain the know-how to create and run simple queries and interpret query results.
