The Petrie-Flom Center for Health Law Policy, Biotechnology and Bioethics is an interdisciplinary program at Harvard Law School dedicated to the scholarly research of important issues at the intersection of law and health policy. From health care financing and market regulation to biomedical research and bioethics, the Petrie-Flom Center seeks to bring new vision to the complex health care challenges that face our society. The core initiatives of the Center revolve around supporting scholars at the graduate and post-doctoral levels through fellowship programs. Working papers on a variety of topics in health law, policy, and bioethics are provided on the website.
