In a two-day curriculum, Understanding Biomarker Science takes a more comprehensive look at biomarkers in T1 translational research. The course is divided into four "blocks." Block 1 addresses the fundamental concepts in biomarker research. Block 2 discusses safety, efficacy, and surrogacy biomarkers; imaging is addressed in each category. Block 3 includes three "how to" sessions. Block 4 concludes with the next generation of biomarkers.

Please refer to the schedule for curriculum details. (subject to change)

All course materials, including presentations by the faculty and required and supplemental readings, will be made available to attendees after course completion.
