The Community Capacity Building Initiative features a series of interactive seminars designed by academic faculty and fellows to transfer methodological skills and content-based knowledge to the Population Health Research Program's partner organizations. Our objective is to establish an ongoing culture of learning among our partner organizations based on interest, need, and skill level, with the goal of producing more effective and efficient policies and programs designed to improve the public's health.

Session Format

  • One-and-a-half hour interactive seminars delivered by an engaging instructor
  • Recommended pre-course readings
  • Real time assessments will be incorporated to evaluate learning

Eligibility for Seminar Participation

  • Community partners of the Population Health Research Program
  • Registration is required (seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis)
