The Translational Imaging program increases awareness and utilization of state-of-the-art medical imaging technologies and fosters new collaborations among imaging experts and clinical and translational investigators.
The program:
- Provides facilitations to investigators as they launch translational imaging research projects. Informed by the diverse expertise of imaging leaders from the Harvard academic and hospital community, these facilitations help investigators to develop collaborations for imaging studies.
- Educates the C/T research community about current state of the art medical imaging and image processing capabilities at Harvard.
- Supports and extends the research capabilities of medical imaging facilities.
- Integrates with national C/T efforts.
