Guidelines for Submitting Announcements

The Harvard Catalyst weekly newsletter is sent out each Thursday and includes all announcements posted during the week to the Harvard Catalyst news site. Event announcements are cross-posted to the Harvard Catalyst Events module.

To post an announcement to the Harvard Catalyst news site, please submit it to the Harvard Catalyst communications manager by noon on Mondays.

To be considered for posting, your announcement must be:

  • Relevant or open to the Harvard community, and
  • Either translational (e.g., highlighting the clinical impact of preclinical findings, or vice versa) or multidisciplinary in nature, or both.

Please note that if your announcement or event is posted, you may be contacted at a later date asking for your help in promoting announcements or events from Harvard Catalyst.
